            Iranian Community  cordially invite you to a stunning performance in
                     celebration of the Persian New Year (Norooz) with
                                           HAALE

            |               | HAALE (pronounced HA?-leh) was born in New York  |
            |               | City, of Iranian descent and grew up, as many    |
            |    .......    | first generation kids do, with two cultures, two |
            |   (Embedded   | languages, two worlds to assimilate.  Whether    |

            |               | have led Haale to collaborations with Sean       |
            |               | Lennon, Tchad Blake, and most extensively with   |
            |               | producer and composer Dougie Bowne.  In January  |
            |               | 2007, Haale released her first body of work      |
            |               | encompassing two CDs entitled 'Morning' and      |
            |               | 'Paratrooper.' Haale has performed at venues     |
            |               | such as Lincoln Center, Joshua Tree Music        |
            |               | Festival, National Geographic, and Carnegie      |
            |               | Hall?s Zankel Hall. Haale?s ensemble includes    |
            |               | Matt Kilmer, John Shannon, Dougie Bowne, Shane   |
            |               | Shanahan, Megan Weeder, and Ken Hashimoto.       |

            The InfoShop is the public information center and development
            bookstore of the World Bank.  It functions as the only publicly
            accessible space at headquarters, providing internal and external
